​Artist Statement:

I am fascinated by the diversity of the American landscape and architecture.  I look for harmony and beauty in the vernacular architecture, the highways, the strip malls, the rolling hills and forests set against the brilliant sky.
 
I use layering, thick oil paint and textured brushstrokes to create patterns on the canvas.  I strive to bring beauty and depth to the landscape and people I portray.
